Covid-19 Policy

To ensure the health and safety of our staff during the Covid 19 pandemic, we have implemented the following:

  • Temporary opening hours: Mon-Thurs 09.30-16:30, Fri and Sat 09.00–17.00, closed Sunday
  • If possible, stay at home and take advantage of our delivery service. For more details or to arrange a delivery, please call 0151 632 2760 or private message us using Facebook
  • We offer kerb side collections; just call and pay and we will bring your shopping to your car
  • Only one customer allowed at any one time in the shop, regardless of whether you are with members from your own household
  • Please give customers exiting at least to metres to exit and don’t crowd the door
  • Our cleaning regime has been made even more thorough, credit card machines, counters, freezers etc are being disinfected throughout the day
  • Hand sanitiser is available to use when entering the shop
  • If you are unwell, please stay at home and don’t visit the shop, we will bring your shopping to you
  • All our deliveries are ‘drop and go’ which means we are getting our deliveries dropped at the door and drivers are not entering the shop. We have also increased the quantities ordered to ensure less deliveries are required
  • Please pay by debit card rather than cash 

We realise that these are unprecedented times but feel these measures can protect us all – let’s pull together and get through this as a community.
